Serial Blasts in Patna Kill 5; Injure 90

blastsOctober 28: People in Patna, the capital of Bihar, were in slight fear when serial blasts took place prior to the ‘Hunkar’ rally of Narendra Modi, who is current Chief Minister of Gujarat and the prime ministerial candidate of Bharatiya Janata Party.

Seven blasts within the time span of just three hours made 5 people loose their lives and left nearly 90 people injured. The first bomb went off at 9:30 in the morning in a toilet at Patna Junction and the rest six blasts occurred in and around Gandhi Maidan between 11:40 am to 12:45 pm.

As per a recent information, NIA looks for custody of Yasin Bhatkal, who has been produced in Patiala Court in New Delhi today, to interrogate him in connection with serial blasts in Patna.
