The Yellow Metal Climbs Once Again; Reaches to Rs 29,580 per Ten Gm

gold futuresNew Delhi, Wednesday, December 11 – As soon as speculators widened positions following constructive worldwide indications as a result of feeble dollar, gold rates soared by 0.15 per cent to Rs 29,580 per ten grams at the futures trade on Wednesday.

The metal for delivery in the second month of first quarter was high by Rs 45 or 0.15 % to Rs 29,580/ten grams in a business turnover of 976 lots on the Multi Commodity Exchange.

In the same way, by Rs 43 or 0.15 %, gold for delivery in the first month of second quarter (April) went higher to Rs 29,155 /10 grams in a turnover of twenty one lots. In the intervening time, gold jumped 2.2 % to $1,261.10 per ounce in New York on Tuesday, December 10.
